System Recovery Options Load drivers

I dont see my operating system and I click on load drivers, but nothing is there. So anyway, I click next and the next screen says "Choose Recovery Tools". The only one I can choose is Command Prompt.But when I get to the system recovery options window, I cannot choose any OS, because there's none listed. Should I load drivers? Which ones- where's their location? Perhaps I should try something else.
